Video Profiles and Invitations
In conjunction with Michael Monteleone, a talented documentary filmaker, we offer artists the production of professional artist biography and philosophical statements that can be used for exhibition invitations, collector give-aways, and for approaching new galleries or supplying existing galleries with an in-depth artist overview, as well as a sample of artwork by the artist. You'll receive a DVD with your video profile as well as a slideshow of a sampling of your work.

Marketing Materials
Professional artists often need to create marketing materials to create a buzz around their work and make their name stand out and be remembered. We'll help you prepare your marketing materials such as business cards, sell-sheets (one page flyers with your photo, brief bio or statement, and several images of your artwork), and other materials that you can supply to your collectors, to your galleries, or use to market to new galleries or clients. You'll receive a CD that you can use to print from your color printer, get copies made at a Kinkos, or send to a 4-color press for large quantities. You'll also receive an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file you can email to existing clients. Please contact us for a quote.

If you need help marshalling your information, ideas, and text into cohesive chunks of information, we can help. We offer writing, editing, and consulting services. Artist Consultation
Going to your first show? Need booth ideas? If you need ideas or advice on which way to go, we'll help you talk it over and provide any insight we may have. If we don't know, we'll call up gallery owners/directors for you, talk with other artists, or otherwise find the information you seek. Please contact us for a quote.
Database Population
If you're just setting up your site and wish to have us load your data from your database into ours, we can do that. We can also send a Microsoft Word or Excel file that you can complete and which we can import into our files to quickly add your artwork and information to your site.
