Our Free-Association sites can save your association thousands of dollars each year, eliminate administration headaches, reduce dues, and increase the exposure your assocation receives. Your association will also look more professional to prospective locations and prospective members.
We are pleased to offer an artist association web site that essentially costs the association nothing to create and host. We like to think of them as containing the power of free-association.
One stands alone. Fifteen is an association.
When as few as 15 artists sign up for an individual artist portfolio site (at any level, even our ultra-low cost sites), we will create an association site for free. The more artists who sign up, the more powerful features we'll add to your association site at no cost. See the chart of the standard features at each participation level.
All design and hosting fees are included.
Design fees (up to 10 hours) are included, so that your association's site is distinctive and reflects the personality and professionalism that you and your members want. We'll custom-brand our administration panel with your logo so that your association webmaster can, depending on the participation level:
- Sign up new members (and give them user names and passwords)
- Add news items and event descriptions with photos
- Add board member information and photos
- Create a links page of helpful art-related websites
- Add workshop or exhibition information with signup sheets
No artist left behind.
Every association member—even those who choose not to sign up for an individual site—gets a Member Detail page where he or she can add:
- Artist photo
- Artist biographical text
- A large sample image
- Contact information
Fine print.
We understand that membership levels are always subject to fluctuation. We ask the association after a six-month signup period to guarantee a minimum level of participation. In other words, if the number of participating artists drops below 15, we ask the association to guarantee the difference in the monthly fees. We'll review membership levels each 4 months.
Also, although individual artist web portfolios can be launched immediately, the association site will take longer due to the design considerations, feature additions, and so on.
